For Hospitals:
OHA is a trade association representing Ohio's hospitals and advocating for their interests in both the state and federal legislature. As a membership organization, OHA does not act as a mediator or watchdog for the hospitals we represent. OHA's limited role is to facilitate resolution of complaints by referring patients to the hospital's designated consumer advocate or patient representative, who serves as the liaison between patients and the hospital.

OHA will also forward a written letter outlining the situation in question to a hospital's chief executive officer to help elevate attention and resolve the issue. Letters may be directed to:
