For fifty years, Community Memorial Hospital (CMH) has been serving the citizens of Northwest Ohio and adjoining Indiana communities. We are one of Ohio's smallest full-service hospitals, offering inpatient and outpatient services, 24 hour emergency care, urgent care, obstetrics, and comprehensive rehabilitation and wellness programs; as well as many other healthcare services individuals may not expect to find in a rural healthcare facility.
