The Children's Medical Center of Dayton has been a leader in providing pediatric health care since its opening in 1967. Its mission is to improve the health status of children in the Miami Valley through services, education, research, advocacy and community outreach. With a staff of nearly 1,500 physicians, residents, technicians and support staff, Dayton Children's ensures that a strong environment for professional advancement is offered.

Dayton Children's is the only hospital in the area dedicated to the health care needs of infants, children and teens. Our philosophy of family-centered care provides many opportunities to include all family members in the care of their child.
