Grace Hospital provides treatment for the patient who is very ill but progressing - the patient who will benefit from an intense, team approach; individualized care planning; and an environment that fosters family participation.

Our goal in treatment is to restore patients to their highest level of independence for transition to home, skilled nursing, physical rehabilitation service, assisted living, or an alternative care site.
