Colorful Caps for Kids
Fisher-Titus Medical Center’s Director of Surgery Mary Jane Patterson places a hand-made surgical cap on Ethan Rivera. As a community service project, Patterson and her staff stitch surgical caps for pediatric patients on their own time. The caps are given to patients as they prepare for surgery and children can then take them home when they leave the medical center. This is an ongoing project.
