Welcome to the OHA/Joint Commission Resources (JCR) Continuous Service Readiness™ (CSR) program. JCR is a subsidiary of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. CSR is a joint effort of OHA and JCR to help hospitals attain a level of continuous survey readiness for accreditation surveys. The Continuous Service Readiness Program provides help and guidance to organizations that need to achieve and maintain continuous compliance with Joint Commission Standards, National Patient Safety Goals, and Disease-Specific Care Certification requirements. Program' link above to register on-line, fill out the
registration and click the submit button, check your information on the
CSR Enrollment Form, print it, SIGN IT and return to OHA; or Note: CSR services will continue to be provided during the period of reenrollment and billed according to the new contract terms.
