OHA Continuous Survey Readiness – The goals and objectives of the OHA CSR program is to develop and implement a program which assists participating member healthcare organizations to develop a continuous survey readiness process; improve quality care; reduce expense for compliance with JCAHO standards; reduce stress associated with survey preparation; achieve a state of continuous readiness; and increase awareness – value of accreditation – practice of standards in good healthcare business practice.
