take their certification of completion to a certified AHA instructor
(within 60 days of completing the course) and complete a skills
check, and then receive an AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers
certification card.

months from registration. Organizations will want to take
advantage of online renewal for many reasons, including easy access
to the course, convenient training, standardized AHA programs,
