Best if used by: Employers must now check the expiration date on all form I-9 documents
As of April 3, 2009, the Form I-9 has changed yet again. While there are no substantive changes to the face of the form, there are substantive changes to the lists of acceptable documents to verify employee identity and employment authorization.
