OHA Won’t Oppose BWC Payment Plan
The Ohio Hospital Association (OHA) today announced it will not
oppose a new Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) payment plan to
hospitals for inpatient services, but noted its concern about the

Health Care Jobseekers
Now that commencement ceremonies have passed, a new crop of
jobseekers are searching for their place in the work force. To help
connect health care jobseekers with a stable job, OHA Solutions, a
subsidiary of the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA), introduced a new job
searching resource to Ohio hospitals called
OHHealthJobs.net.

Rural Hospital Grants
Enable Faster Trip to the ER
Patients needing emergency care in rural areas
will soon receive the best care possible even faster. Small and rural
hospitals in Ohio will work even more efficiently with police and fire
departments to quickly transport patients to the hospital thanks to
federal funding grants for systems and quality improvements.
