Advance Directives Forms 
A revised advance directives packet, Advance Directives Packet: Choices, Living Well at the End of Life, to help patients and their families make end-of-life decisions is available from the Ohio Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. The packet includes new forms used to create a Living Will or Health Care Durable Power of Attorney, or to designate organ or tissue donation.

The media guide was created to assist the news media and hospital public relations personnel with the communication of facts and data regarding patients, specifically outlining the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

OHA Hospital Law Handbook
The handbook is a compendium of Ohio statutes and regulations applicable to hospitals, physicians, nurses and other health care workers.

A detailed history of OHA and Ohio's hospitals dating from 1915, when OHA became the nation's first statewide hospital association.

Report of the Ohio Compassionate Care Task Force
The report outlines recommendations of the Ohio Compassionate Care Task Force, created by the Ohio General Assembly through House Bill 474 in 2002, about the treatment and care of persons with terminal illness or chronic pain.
