NEW MEMBER SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE!

 Mercer's 2007 Tier 1 Benefits Survey

OSHHRA is thrilled to add an exciting new member service—one we believe will provide unique and valuable data to our members. By partnering with Mercer to offer an Employee Benefits Survey, OSHHRA members will be able to measure their competitive position, target potential changes in benefit plans and improve their ability to attract/retain employees or better manage this critical expense.

The Mercer 2007 Tier 1 Benefits Survey is currently available online.  There is no charge for participation in the survey or for Tier 1 report if you are an OSHHRA Member. Please remember that you must complete the survey by December 31, 2007 in order for your organization’s data to be included in the 1st quarter 2008 report.

If you are not a member of OSHHRA, we hope you will participate in the benefits survey. Please contact Paula Almendinger (paulaa@ohanet.org or 614-221-7614) for further instructions. There is a $100 fee for participation which includes one (1) 2008 OSHHRA membership from your organization.

Mission
The mission of OSHHRA is to promote the strategic development of effective human resources management in OHA health care organizations through leadership, education and

OSHHRA provides for development of members through high-quality regional educational programs, statewide conferences and information sharing.  OSHHRA encourages informal networking, member support and enjoyment to complement professional development.

OSHHRA maintains a close affiliation with ASHHRA.
